Lectures and seminars on specialization disciplines using video material are held in the laboratory. In order to deepen knowledge, all conditions for independent laboratory work of students are created here. Scientific-technical and forensic-technical means, tools, educational methodological and informational materials are available for students. More than 100 models, exhibits, tools and other means that can be used to reveal traces of crime are collected in the forensic laboratory. The laboratory is equipped with computer programs for forensic purposes (for example, a program for creating a photo-composite portrait of a person, etc.). Simulated games are held in the laboratory, during which students develop the ability to solve typical investigative situations. The laboratory equipment provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills for teaching all types of forensics components.
