Creative work begins every morning at 9:00 in the DAUG TV studios, where young people work on the day's leading news, social and cultural topics.
Young reporters, camera operators and journalists divide the day's topics among themselves and head out on location. Studio and field practice enables them to develop journalistic, technical and creative skills in a real working environment.
David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia is the first institution in the Georgian educational sector to create a modern, high-technology television environment for its students. Studios equipped with the latest technology and professional equipment provide opportunities for professional development not only to students of the Journalism programme, but also to representatives of various academic fields across the University.
Original programmes produced by DAUG TV cover culture, literature, medicine, sport, education, economics and law. Viewers can engage with and follow current news, social and cultural developments in Georgia and around the world.
