Mock Courtroom
David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia has operated a mock courtroom since 2012, providing students with an environment designed for practical legal training and simulation-based learning.
From theory to courtroom practice
The mock courtroom creates a structured setting where students can apply theoretical knowledge, practice courtroom procedure and become familiar with the formal sequence of legal proceedings.
Bachelor’s Students
Bachelor’s students can prepare and conduct mock court proceedings in Criminal Procedure and within courses focused on procedural skills.
Master’s Students
Master’s students use the courtroom to develop and strengthen practical legal skills in an environment closely aligned with professional practice.
Practice-Oriented Environment
The courtroom is equipped with the technical resources required for court proceedings, enabling simulations to be conducted in accordance with procedural rules and the established order of a court hearing.
