Concept of Scientific and Research Activity of David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n
\n

The central idea of the University's scientific and research concept is the continuous development of DAUG as a modern academic and research centre. Its goal is to ensure innovative, high-quality and results-oriented research and to integrate research with the teaching process.<\/p>\n

The priorities of the University include the fundamental nature and continuity of knowledge, high research quality and integration into regional and international scientific environments.<\/p>\n

The University aims to support national and democratic values, contribute to the development of Georgian society and strengthen its position in the global context through research activity.<\/p>\n

As a research centre, the University promotes autonomy, academic freedom and corporate ethics. Special attention is given to creating an open environment for future researchers, developing disciplinary and interdisciplinary studies and ensuring diversity in scientific fields.<\/p>\n

A modern research environment and scientific communication provide researchers, students and interested individuals with opportunities for collaboration, development and practical application of new knowledge. The University also seeks close cooperation with the business community, supports employment opportunities for young scientists and encourages commercialisation of research results.<\/p>\n

National and international research projects, as well as cooperation with local, regional and international partners, are important indicators of the University's development. Particular attention is given to doctoral programmes and postdoctoral research in order to popularise science among young people.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n
